可處理5mL中等容量樣品，便于將低拷貝DNA的樣品起始體積提高到5mL，而無需將樣品分裝到幾個小離心管，提高低拷貝質(zhì)粒DNA的回收率和產(chǎn)量。
最高可耐受RCF 25000 xg離心。
有易于操作的卡扣蓋或安全的旋蓋兩款可供選擇。卡扣蓋（Snap cap） 簡單實用且符合人體工程學的單手操作。螺旋管蓋（Screw cap）帶有扁平和凹槽側(cè)面，方便抓握操作。
離心管適用工作環(huán)境溫度范圍： -86℃ – 100℃（鎖扣蓋離心管使用固定夾 ≤ 100℃ 時）。
錐形底部與15mL錐形底離心管一致，與市面上多種離心機轉(zhuǎn)頭、適配器和管架配套。并與5mL移液器（手動和電動移液器）以及epT.I.P.S.移液器吸頭、epMotion自動化工作站的適配器、Thermomixer加熱模塊等兼容。
由超高純度、透明聚丙烯材質(zhì)制成，不添加塑化劑、脫模劑或抗微生物劑，確?？煽康膶嶒灲Y(jié)果。 5.0mL卡扣蓋管采用Eppendorf LoBind材料制成，更大程度提高珍貴樣品的回收率。
提供經(jīng)批次驗證的Eppendorf Quality、PCR 潔凈級、無菌級和 Eppendorf Biopur 生物純級質(zhì)檢證書。
可以為光敏感樣品提供琥珀色離心管。
